Buying/Shipping Original Work:

If you fell in love with an Original Work and would rather pick it up, please contact Emmeline personally to finalize the purchase without shipping cost.

Large originals are custom crated to size.
We ship worldwide.

Buying/Shipping Giclee Prints:

In all US states: a S&H fee is added to your items at check out automatically.

• Giclees on paper are sold unframed in a protective acid-free sleeve and rolled in a tube.
• Giclees on canvas are sold stretched and ready to hang and shipped to your door by UPS .
• You may choose to request your Giclee Prints rolled in a tube and get it stretched on your end (designers, art consultants, connect for wholesale terms).

International shipping:

Regular S&H at check out automatically and an additional fee that will be invoiced separately accordingly to real cost.

By request your Giclee print can also be shipped ROLLED in a tube : you’d have to bring it to a frame shop to have it stretched on stretch bars (Canvas print) or framed (paper prints). It is the most economical choice as much regarding carbon footprint as for the cost of shipping.

Return Policy:

You may change your mind and send back any unwanted item in prime condition, in its ORIGINAL PACKING MATERIAL, ONLY during the 8 days following the reception date and after requesting a return by email.

Agreement to the return must be established by email PRIOR to sending the item back. No exceptions.

The cost of the item will be immediately refunded to you on arrival or next business day.

Item must be sent back insured and in its packaging. (Shipping both ways will not be refunded).

If a giclee print arrives with a flaw of any kind, contact me immediately and hang on to it until the issue is resolved by the printing company.
